Returns and Refunds
LaLa Caffè Return Policy
RETURN CONDITIONS:
Closed Products: We only accept returns for sealed and unopened products. Please make sure the product is in the same condition you received it.
Return Period: You have 5 days from the date of receipt to make a return. After this period, we cannot guarantee returns or refunds.
Return costs: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you use a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure delivery.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
Contact us: Send an email to info@lalacaffe.ch within the return period, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: You will receive detailed instructions and a return authorization number.
Packaging: Pack the product safely.
Shipping: Send the package to the address provided along with the return number
Refund:Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund within 7 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
